My path
I started in physics, with a BSc and then an MSc majoring in astrophysics. That's where I learned mathematical modelling, statistics and numerical methods, and the habit of distrusting a result until it survives a test.
For five years I worked as a content writer, turning technical and scientific topics into clear writing for a general audience. After moving to Canada I worked in Niagara's hospitality sector, including hotel housekeeping, and saw how hotel operations really work from the floor.
In October 2026 I finished a Master's in Data Analytics. Now I build BI and machine-learning work that brings those three things together.
How I work
- Start from the decision. Who has to decide what, and when? The data and the model come second.
- Use the data that already exists. Booking systems, meters and rosters usually hold the answer.
- Check every number. Results are tested on data kept aside, compared with today's practice, and reported honestly, including where something doesn't work yet.
- Make it usable. Plain English, clear recommendations and tools that work without training.
